Draft RFP / RFP Registration

Register to be added to the distribution list for Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) or RFP packages.

You will receive an email notifying you of approval or disapproval of your registration. If approved you will receive a username and password for accessing the restricted posting area. Once a Draft RFP or RFP is released, we will provide the materials to you via website access or overnight express mail. An email will be sent to you on release day to notify you of the release. If materials are unclassified the email will direct you to the secure site for you to download the material. If any materials are classified the email will indicate that those have been sent by overnight express.
